"Great location, great building but no management at all! We loved this building, area and came to see available units. The first thing happened, elevator didn't work and door remained closed for almost 10 minutes! We were told by our friends that it is going on for a year due to maintenance problem. At the garage area it smells a trash. Big trash cans were full of trash and it seems no one is cleaning them for days or even weeks. It supposes to be a smoke free area? Well , whole building smells weed . Someone clearly smoking inside their units. Looking for a management and good building? - Caton 33 is the answer. Caton 22 - been killed by its Management ."

"The building is brand new (probably 1-2 years old) open living spaces with hardwood flooring and tile in kitchen and bathroom areas. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances albeit small. An in-unit washer/dryer is really convenient. The amenities are nice but they don’t feel special. My main concern are the doorman, they were rude and offensive to me. I hope this was just my interactions with them and management has corrected this. If this place doesn’t work for your rental needs, you can always try across the street."

"I have been extremely happy with this building and its team for the last year. I've found my apartment and all of the amenities to be well maintained and safe, and always get help from the staff when I need it. My neighbors are super lovely, I don't hear any noise from adjacent apartments, and have just overall really loved living here."

"My wife and I's experience here has been great. Very dog friendly and a helpful staff has made for a great living experience that past year and a half. Pros: friendly staff, close to the park, gym, weekly yoga classes, garden and grills on roof deck, modern appliances and finishings, dog friendly Cons: PTAC Units are a bit loud and building is so well insulated its a little warm in the summer months"
