"Great building to live in with an awesome staff, management to concierge super helpful. Roof top the best in Brooklyn, unbelievable views have it all to yourself. Units are very modern and functional 1 bdrm in my case with still new kitchen and bathroom appliances and floor to ceiling windows. Only reason I am moving is my commute changed drastically."
"This building’s design resembles a Jenga tower. It’s playful and creative. The apartment layouts are equally appealing with clean lines, angles and cutouts; you won’t feel like you’re living in boxes. The space is elegant and ergonomic. The windows are well-glazed and very, beautifully large. Appliances are brushed/muted steel and reliable. There’s a self-controlled HVAC unit in certain rooms. The marble bathrooms are sizable and well-mirrored. It’s truly wonderful to have this rooftop. You can barbecue, play pool, and cherish the Skyline. They even have beach loungers. Other amenities include bike storage, a gym, a lounge, patio, daycare area and pet washroom! There’s another absolute gift of living here. His name is Kenny, and he’s our concierge. He is professional, responsive, helpful, efficient and elegant. Park Avenue service has come to The Alexey! The location is outstanding. You can leave the borough or get to Coney Island quickly by car. It’s two blocks from the local R train and near walkable shops, parks, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, etc. The Green-Wood Cemetery is our neighborhood treasure. So much beauty, nature and, obviously, history. There’s even more, but you can come see for yourself."
"I have really loved living here. The building is beautiful and the apartment is a great, efficient use of space, with huge windows and wonderful views. It's also well managed and well maintained, with an easy ticketing system. Both doormen are a pleasure to work with, and management is always prompt, helpful, and reasonable about special requests. The neighborhood is also great - plenty of shopping, close to beautiful Green-Wood Cemetery, and two blocks from the R train. Best of all is the gorgeous roof, with grills, plenty of hangout spaces, and spectacular city views. We're moving out of state and are really going to miss this place!"
"The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. I always felt welcomed and supported. The building has amazing amenities and I'm so thankful for the experienced I had here. Also, you cannot beat the view from the shared rooftop! Definitely recommend this place."
"This building is awesome. The whole thing is so well designed (a modern) and I've never seen a more efficient use of space in an apartment. It is hooked up to an A+ ISP in Honest Networks among other options. The amenities are a highlight - I use the bike room, gym, 2nd floor common area, and the roof all the time. The roof is low-key one of the nicest views I think you're going to find in New York City and it's super well designed like everything else and maintained well. You can grill up there, play pool, and see from the Greenwood Cemetery to the Verrazano Bridge to the Statue of Liberty, to the downtown Manhattan skyline and all the way up the east river. Look at the map and imagine this is one of three tall buildings in the immediate area as of July 22 and none between you and the water. You can park in the neighborhood and personally I really liked having easy access to battery tunnel for Manhattan, BQE, and Prospect Expressway for east Brooklyn."
