"I lived at 365 Bond for 2 years (2020-2022) and it was nothing but a great experience. I loved calling it home and to be fair there are not so many buildings in Brooklyn and Manhattan in this price range that could offer similar experience. Every service request was answered within 2 days max but usually the next day. Amenities were clean and taken cared off. Peloton. Yoga room was outstanding, rooftop with stunning views of Manhattan, Statue of Liberty and Verrazano bridge. Yoga classes twice a week and tons of events organized for tenants weekly. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the person who was in charge of events but she must be mentioned, thank you! Private garden blooming in late spring. Closer towards the end of my stay I’ve noticed some staff left and amenities weren’t always crystal clean as before but this was a minor issue. What is really special about 365 Bond is its team, wonderful people, every person I had to interact with, it’s the team who make 365 Bond your home. Very well managed building, highly recommended."

"My husband and I lived here for little over a year and loved it. The building is very well attended and that’s because of the amazing staff that work here. Seriously, this place would not be the same without the concierges, porters and handy man. They really ensure that every resident has a great experience. Service requests were always handled with a quick turnaround, and the front desks team does a great job of checking in and notifying you of every delivery. Throughout COVID, I have agreed with all the health and safety standards the building has put in place as well as the steps management took to make things safe.
