He’s answered all of our questions with patience and has communicated every step of the way. It’s been a stark and welcome change from the other buildings we’ve applied to. "I lived here for a whole year and enjoyed the entire experience. I don't like the city and being in 461 made it bearable. The leasing, maintenance, and janitorial staff are always so helpful and the gym and other amenities were great. The only reason I moved away was because the cost for a studio became too much to afford. It's super close to a few bodegas, a grocery store, target, and the Barclays subway hub. The neighborhood is extremely safe as flatbush is always lit up and people are around. I never heard any noise from the stadium, although I was on the other side of the building from it. I was nervous about living here but it was a great choice and if you can afford it I can't recommend it enough."
