"I've lived at 22 South West Street in Mt. Vernon since 2020 and have had nothing but problems. Those problems include leaks, power outages, problems getting in the building, no elevators for days (in a 17-story building) unresponsive maintenance, etc. Don't even try to contact building management by phone, they never answer. They even tried to tell me that Section 8 had stopped paying their portion of the rent and I owed them over $4,000 in rent. It took them three years to take my DECEASED wife off of their paperwork, asking me to provide them with her financial information. She never even lived here, she passed a week before moving in. Management is incompetent, maintenance is useless, and the building looks good but was poorly constructed. If you are thinking about moving in, DON'T. I would rate them but there is no negative star rating. If there were I would make it -3."

"Trying to get anything done about safety or asking them to review their security cameras after an incident is worse than pulling teeth, people can walk right into the building.just a matter of time before something really serious happens,then perhaps they will be more cautious with people's lives."

"I spoke to Jackie from the leasing department. She sent me to see an apartment Thursday in Yonkers and told me when I got there to give her a call so she can call the super I got there at 10 o’clock in the morning. I called her about five times to her extension no answer. I left several messages no answer she hasn’t gotten back to me in regards of the apartment she had me go see that is very unprofessional."

"I am one of their tenants. 1971 Webster to be exact. I am a disabled tenant who also works (only form of income) in their building who lives in the 4th floor. Their elevators have been off all last year. Currently, It’s been on and off. This Year, I’ve been stuck in my apartment for almost two weeks. I’ve contacted their offices their management is rude and nasty and never picks up my calls, emails, text. Landlords don’t answer their phone calls either. I don’t understand how they are getting away with this!"
