"I recommended my sister to apply for one of these apartments because it’s close to where she has been living for over 10 years and it seemed like a nice building. I instantly REGRETTED IT. She went down to the new Rochelle office and they wouldn’t even open the door for her and told her to call a number by the intercom. She spoke to someone, explained her situation and they ENCOURAGED her to apply. After she paid the application fee and applied she saw it was to the wrong apartment and called and asked if they can switch it, the lady said yeah she would put a note in to have it switched. My sister has a voucher and that plays a MAJOR ROLE in how she was treated after. A normal one bedroom in the area is about 1800-2300. They mark them ABOVE market price and run these incentive promotions to make it seem like you’re getting “2 months free” when they are actually just bringing it to normal market price. Why they do this, so people with vouchers will be denied as “ voucher insufficient” because the NET PRICE is what is displayed on the lease but the actually rent is way cheaper. They are engaging in illegal voucher discrimination ONCE AGAIN ( a Google search will reveal the millions they were fined for it ). She was denied because of a difference of about 50$ ( when her voucher would’ve covered the full amount of the gross rent ). She called just to ask for a explanation which is fair and spoke to the most NASTY, RUDE, COLD, INHUMANE woman. She clearly has no proper training ( but this is who they hired ) she has a somewhat Italian accent. She said “oh well I don’t know what you want, but I’m about to disconnect the call because we are going in circles here” She told my sister there was never a note stating the change and she doesn’t believe that actually happened. She basically told my sister she was lying and because her application got denied she was trying to switch it. My sister asked for a manager who was polite and apologized but told her she would’ve been denied for both apartments anyway even tho she was encouraged to apply because they would work with her. The manager said they don’t negotiate ( which was found out to be a lie ) and she could re apply. Now when my sister goes to reapply they deny her before she can even get to the application, BUT when we have someone else do it it goes through. I encourage everyone who experienced discrimination recently to please comment your email or reach out to me privately. We have collected a record along with recordings and we’re working with a reputable law firm to bring up a new case due to their unethical discrimination practices once again. When I called the lawyer and explained the situation they actually said “wow they don’t learn” before referring me to the lawyer we are currently working with. It’s sad the way they treat people."

"I recently had a terrible experience with a company's customer service and I feel compelled to share my experience. It was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with customer service.

The whole ordeal began when I realized that the application submitted was not handledd properly. I immediately contacted the company's customer service department for assistance. However, from the very beginning, the customer service representatives were RUDE. AND unprofessional.

They showed no empathy towards my situation and they seemed annoyed by my call. had no actual knowledge about what they do and kept transferring me from one representative to another, putting me on hold for LONG LONG periods of time! This resulted in having to explain my issue multiple times, which was frustrating and time-consuming.

Moreover, each representative had a different stance on how to solve my problem, causing even more confusion. They also had no sense of urgency and kept pushing the responsibility onto someone else. extremely unprofessional. 

To make matters worse, the representatives were not listening to my concerns and kept repeating the same scripted responses. It was evident that they were not properly trained and LACKED the necessary skills to handle customer inquiries.

After multiple attempts and spent ages on the phone, my issue was still not resolved. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received. It seemed like the company did not care about their customers and was only interested in making a profit. *

This experience has left a sour impression of the company and If I were you I would think twice before doing business with this company. It is disheartening to see such terrible customer service in today's competitive market where customer satisfaction should be a top priority. It is just so sad. 

In conclusion, I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their terrible customer service. It was a complete waste of my time and energy, and I regret choosing to do business with them. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to beware of companies that have poor customer service. [* AGAIN. scam scam scam! Run away from this management, don’t walk. They will happily take your money away… again and again.] SO FRUSTRATING"

"I am more than grateful for this company's service. I am very impressed by the excellent customer service and response time of Goldfarb properties. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional. They have been very responsive to my apartment since day one and I have never had any issues with them. They are quick to address any maintenance requests or concerns that I have. They also keep the building clean and safe. I would highly recommend Goldfarb properties to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property management company, or anyone looking for an apartment. Thank you for making my living experience so enjoyable!"

"I just wanted to take a minute and share my thoughts about living at Wavecrest Gardens. The property is always maintained well. It is a beautiful place to live. I love how close I am to the boardwalk. Management does a great job addressing any concern. They are always looking to make life here a wonderful experience. I am so glad I moved here. I couldn't be happier."
