The property was always clean, and maintenance was never an issue - if anything came up it was addressed immediately or as soon as possible. We would recommend renting at any of ELD Properties as they are all beautiful, well kept and well attended to. Tony and his team are amazing. We only left because we needed more space, else we would probably still be there! Don’t bother looking anywhere else! The size of these apartments especially the rooms are incomparable to other offerings!"

The location is great -- many beautiful restaurants and activities in the area. As for the apartment itself -- impeccable. I never heard my neighbors, it was always so silent in my unit. The appliances are brand new and the apartments are spacious. I loved living here and I always look back on The Hammel with gratitude and fondness."
