"Rooms are a little banged up. Heat didn’t work properly. We were woken up at 6am for a false alarm fire alarm. Check out is noon but housekeeper was knocking on our door at 9:30 AM waking us up and again at 11:30 AM. We will not stay here again."

"Beautiful location, my room was beautiful and clean! Children had enough around to keep them busy and all we had to do was walk outside! Best hotel experience in a long time!"

"The people here are wonderful. From the manager Jesse, front desk Ebony, the hospitality staffto the breakfast ladies - everything is first rate. Rooms are comfy and large. I was so impressed that I took a side trip while in NY and went to Buffalo and stayed at the residence inn there. The Buffalo staff was good but New Rochelle is fantastic!"

"Had the pleasure of staying at the residence Inn by Marriott in New Rochelle. We stayed at the Marriott for the convenience of being close to the venue where we were attending a wedding. We reserved a block of rooms about 20+ rooms for the guests that attended the wedding. We chose this hotel for the closeness and there Bar Lounge. I did not see any bar lounge. Nothing was open. The rooms were priced high, in my opinion, $524 per night and this was with their discount, normally $584 per night. The hotel in general was located in a good place. The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean. There were other hotels in the area but chose the Marriott for its reputation. My advice to anybody thinking about staying there double check the website. Make sure you call to see if in fact when you are arriving that the bar lounge and store are open."

"I can't give a full review regarding this hotel because I didn't stay here. I went to a conference. But I can say the front desk lady was very sweet and very helpful. When you enter, it smells amazing. The couches are soft. The only issue I had was that the air conditioner was for working in the venue space, and it was hot. They had someone working on it, but I don't think they were successful because it was still hot. This hotel is in the center of all of the main attractions of New Rochelle. If you don't want to rent a car but desire to stay somewhere you can have fun and be around eateries I would recommend this location."
