"The building was always kept clean, but very thin walls. When you're done with your lease you will not receive your full deposit back as you'll be paying for basic wear and tear, even if you kept your space in decent shape. Also, if you read the lease carefully, there's no way out of it, including if one of the tenants who were paying die. I was taken to court for not being able to pay during the summer of the pandemic due to loss of income. The landlord is highly unreasonable. Because I have integrity, I'm still continuing to pay what I owe as we're ALL trying to make ends meet coming out of this pandemic. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this being a place to live."

"I lived here for 14 months. It is a new building and all the common areas (especially the lobby) and the unit interior were beautiful. The manager Elody was always prompt in addressing our questions or scheduling maintenance requests. There is also a sufficiently equipped gym on the basement floor which was very useful to me for my stay. There is also covered parking which you can rent for a reasonable fee. Access to the building and garage are by key fob and garage door opener respectively."

"I love my new apartment!!! I was looking for a nice building close to the metrnorth. I am not a fan of the old avalon which is also close because there are so many people. I love the privacy The Lombardi offers. The building has such a different feel, not typical. North avenue is turning around for the better."

"Love living here. Beautiful, well kept facility. With top notch finishes it is luxury living in New Rochelle. The owner and staff are welcoming and accommodating. The building is beautifully maintained. Neighbors great! Close to everything and worth the 20 minute commute from the city!"

"Beautiful property. Fresh flowers in the lobby, consistently building cleanings, gated garage, package room and bell cart for convenience. Having moved from Philadelphia to NY, I instantly knew this would be our new home. Everything went smoothly and professionally from the initial call of inquiry, to the tour and moving in. The owner is easily accessible, as well as the property management."
