"Modera New Rochelle has been the best apartment complex I have lived at with the best management. Our journey started with Assistant Manager, Tatiana Jones, who provided us with a welcoming tour. After looking for apartments for several weeks in different areas, we were sold immediately. Tatiana made the entire application/move in experience a breeze and her continued hospitality remained the entire time we lived at Modera. Throughout our stay, the Modera team was always responsive and on top of any questions/concerns/issues that we had. The maintenance team (shoutout to Will and his Team) is exceptional and completes requests in a timely manner. The building amenities are top notch and community events were a plus. Also appreciated the assigned parking spot inside the garage compared to valet at other nearby properties. We were the first to live in our unit on the top floor which has higher ceilings than the floors below and nice views of Long Island sound. After 10 months at Modera, we were sad to move to another state for work purposes since we had a very positive living experience at Modera which is hard to find these days."
