"Did not listen to any of the reviews. Biggest mistake ever. So many issues popped up after I got the car back after recall fixes. Did not have any of the issue othe than the recalls before I took my car there. They broke my heated car seat buttons on my 2008 MKZ. Gave the car back with no steering fluid and so on. Terrible service. Avoid at any cost."
"Terrible experience.Brought the car in yesterday cuz of a front sensor failure. Debby, is one of the worst employee that any company could have. Keeps giving me attitude upon check in and treated me like I’m here to bother her. I feel extremely disrespected cuz she keeps chatting with her coworker while I was standing right in front of her.Can’t believe this is how Lincoln of queens handles their customer who just spent over 100k on a brand new Navigator. Anyway, they took the car in without giving me any information like how long it’s gonna take or what needs to be done. The only info I got from Debby is that they will charge me $170 if the job is not covered under the warranty. Been calling the service department all day just to get a follow up but no answer. Somebody needs to do something here if they want repeat business cuz I’m not returning here for service."
"all the negative review are so true! Avoid this place at all cost. Taking 3-4 hour for small service while people work there always on coffee and snack break. Already filed complaint with the corporate office."
"Our time is not worth anything to them. Leave the car for a day or two for a small job. So I will not take any warranty for this car anymore."
"Isn't this place Lincoln Independent Maintenance? Why does a Lincoln need to pay when it arrives for repair? Checkout Completion Notification Says Not Lincoln Independent Garage! need pay! My God, I can’t believe my car’s maintenance period in 2019 is six years, 100,000 miles free of charge. When I get here, there’s a charge for repairing my car! My God!"
