"Called and they were available the next day. Offered the usual four hour arrival window and tech called when they were 1/2 hour away. Determined that my never-before cleaned units needed to be super-cleaned at their place. The units were returned the next day looking beautiful and running better than ever. The techs were professional, efficient, nice and neat."

"AVOID - It’s been over a year since installation and team refuses to answer my calls to come fix 1 of 3 new units they installed that has not been working since the moment they installed it. Unit was installed in the summer and the heat setting was not working. They said, we need to wait to inspect in cold temperatures and they never responded or got back to me when it got cold. It’s been over a year and still they don’t respond."

"URGENT: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - INCOMPETENT CROOKS. SEE VIDEO!! Reposting this review because I’d rather spend $2500 on a new unit than have to deal with this company. Unfortunately I purchased my unit from them and the warranty is held by them so they were the only company that could service the unit. The unit broken within a year and they charged me for a new compressor. It broke 2 months later. They never fixed the compressor - I later found out from the new company servicing me. They also incorrectly installed the unit 3 different times and had to keep picking it up “to fix” (and charge me) - I was without my unit for over a month. All the while they were charging me and delivering a broken unit each time, not returning the unit unless I paid. Finally posted a 1 sentence bad review and the videos shows how this company operates. They threatened to hold my units unless I removed my review! In the dead of summer I had no choice. The unit they delivered was obviously broken, and I opted to buy a new unit from another company because their service was costing 400-1000 each time and they would never even call me to update me on if it was fixed. It never was. They just kept delivering a bad unit! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE THE ACTUAL WORST"

"I would give them no stars if it was possible. Terrible customer service. Find someone else. Don't give them you credit card info. They ask for that before they do the job. And after that, they don't know you anymore. I'm still waiting for my invoice and warranty information for 2 incomplete installations. They get their money and never call you back. It's not worth the frustration.use someone else. This is coming from someone who never writes reviews. Just don't want others to go through what I and apparently many others here have gone thru. Wish those reviews were around before I used them."

"This is a REAL review. Response from Owner below claiming they were hacked....Sorry. I have receipts and have shown pictures. I used Hitech in 2020 and 2021. I paid for them to remove & store my AC. Per their website "A comprehensive Steam cleaning (Saves money on Steam Cleaning. Click here for more information)Spray painting the base of the unit, and if required other parts to prevent rust". This did NOT happen. First, I made reservation to have the AC installed approx 4 weeks ahead of time. I was clear that I needed a specific time window (I paid someone to be home). They never showed up...I called them repeatedly "We will check and call back". One time they called back and thought I was a different apt. That went well... That is bad enough but when I turned on my AC and black pieces flew everywhere! I thought it had all been blown out but the following day when I came home from work pieces were all over my bedroom. As you can see from the picture, they never did anything for the rust. Certainly never steamed cleaned. When I called, they gave me the usual "we need to call you back". When they ultimately spoke to me they said that was not a part of their service and that I would have to pay additional money. I told them to look at their own website. They said they needed to speak to a manager and call me back. I am still waiting for that call...it was in June. Do NOT use them!!! I have never left a review before. They are just horrible!!! Update: I have received two messages from Hi-Tech. Both messages asked if I was using them again? Never did I get a call back about my installation. They lie"
