"WARNING: My family used his services in the past to sell a couple plots of land. We decided to use another agency for a separate plot of land at a later date. Subsequently, while at a busy concert in downtown Batavia, a senior member of my family was in attendance was publicly, personally, and verbally assaulted and harassed by the REALTOR, John Gerace, on personal matters he had no business interjecting in. Professionalism and decency are clearly absent from John Gerace's dealings. I would advise anyone against working with them in a professional nature- there is very clearly a lack of restraint on their behalf that exists in both the personal and professional life. 0/5 Stars"
