"I have been coming here every week for 5 months. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never been disappointed. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is healthy and excellent and serve hot coffee 24*7 and how can i forget about the staff who welcome you and treat you as a family and ready to help you with anything, anytime. Finding everything at one stop is hard but Fairbridge Inn and staff has delivering for me since years."
"Excellent place to stay in most convincing area where everything is so perfect and beautiful. From breakfast, rooms, comfort, 24 hours coffee, and the best thing about the Fairbridge inn was their service and Humanity. I had a problem in my room at 2:00 night and they have immediately shifted me to new room. During the snow storm, we have seen the staff was helping guest to check in who stuck outside and far from hotel to get in. What really matters is the service and humanity during this time when you go above and beyond to served the people. Don’t fall for the bad reviews which is posted but experience with your own. All 5 star ratings."
"We are not very picky people and were storm-stayed and this was the only option. !!BOOK ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE!! Pros: room appeared clean, heater worked, mattress comfortable, pet friendly Cons: - front sliding doors do not open, you have to catch an edge with your fingers and try to pry it open with all your luggage - other patrons smoking cigarettes and weed in the halls, sitting on chairs in the hall chatting and smoking - no duvet cover (white thin stained duvet), queen sized duvet on king bed, sheets stained, pillows mismatched, we had to ask for a blanket and a remote for the TV - not walking distance to any shops or restaurants - pool not open and I can’t imagine it’s ever working - ? People living there, lounging in the halls, doors open laying in bed, loud music playing all day (stopped at night), halls smelled like food and smoke The couple 5 star reviews on here must be from employees or people who reviewed the wrong hotel. From the moment we stepped inside we knew we had made a mistake. We are grateful we had a place to stay but for 160USD STAY ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN!!!!!!"
"We were on the road from Maine to Wisconsin and this hotel was the only one with room availability on a Saturday night. The hotel was super-shabby--torn carpets, missing doorknobs on outside doors, dirty carpeting, peeling wallpaper. The first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned so they gave us the "jacuzzi room"--apparently an upgrade. At least it was clean. We were told by staff that the manager would take some $ off. Since the first room was outrageously priced at $273!!!! we expected to get at least $100 off. Instead, the manager informed us that since they'd given us their "deluxe jacuzzi room" which usually costs $500!!!!!/night, that was our compensation. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU CAN!!"
"I highly suggest you don’t walk, but run like hell away from this place. My kid’s soccer team reserved a block of rooms here. I have no idea how this place had any good reviews at all, but I sure was duped. Most of us didn’t even make it through one night. Multiple rooms had dead bugs (cockroaches) in the beds or elsewhere in the room. The “renovated” rooms were covered in paint splatter and smelled like a mix of paint, pickles, and weed. Doors to the rooms were propped open upon our arrival and one of our rooms wasn’t even cleaned at all. Looked like someone had just rolled out of bed. Found shot glasses under the beds among other nefarious things. Back door to the hotel was propped open so anyone could have walked in. That, coupled with open hotel rooms doors doesn’t exactly make for a safe environment. Some parents and coaches witnessed many shady characters in the parking lot smoking weed and carrying firearms. This place is so gross it should be condemned. All that said, the women at the front desk were very kind. We all canceled and moved to other hotels."
