Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Batavia

"Ideal spot to stop on route to NY, right off the highway. The front desk gentleman (his name started with a W) was extremely pleasant and helpful finding places to eat late when we arrived. He Gave us the best burger joint recommendation ever! We’d decided to bring our service dog Last minute on this trip, I called while we were in the road the day of our booking and they accommodated so well. Even moved us to a first floor king room so it was easy to let him out. Breakfast was nice. Hot food is always nice to have at hotels. Place was clean and quiet. Simple yet effective gym for an AM workout before we got back on the road. Thanks for our stay!"

"We were traveling out-of-state for work and decided to stay at this hotel. The man at the front desk was very friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. Our rooms were decently tidy minus the cheerios on the floor. Although I do wish there were more accommodations as in maybe some hand lotion and hand soap for the restroom.. one big concern i have is how thin the walls were. I literally heard the neighbor snoring all night.. We were disappointed however that the pool had been closed for maintenance 'specifically' today. I feel like this is a worthwhile room overall."

"Words cannot express my appreciation of all the staff at the Fairfield Inn in Batavia. Upon check in Amy was able to find adjoining rooms for my kids and Adults for our extended stay. The rooms were brand new, super clean, and perfect for our family of 5. Amy learned we were visiting Batavia due to a tragic and unexpected death of a family member and that we would be spending Thanksgiving at the hotel. Amy set up table clothes, plates, cups and decorations for our family in the hotel lobby area. It was absolutely perfect. Amy is truly an angel and we were so impressed that she went above and beyond for our group. We will always remember how the Fairfield staff turned our sad situation into a memorable experience."

"Everything was very clean, and the night shift desk person was so incredibly nice. Didn't get his name, but he was great! Basically a brand new hotel, and room was very nice...bed was super comfy! I have stayed over 100 nights in Marriott hotels this year alone, so compared to a lot of them, this was very nice!"

"Located just off of the Interstate, Fairfield I&S is a great place to spend the night. It is easy off/on, clean and friendly. We needed a GOOD night sleep and a very comfortable bed, clean room and decent breakfast was just what was needed. Not all Marriott properties are the same, this one was great."
