"Rent is pretty cheap. However, the apts are COLD. It's a mansion? divided into individual maybe 10 rooms, 2 or 3 full bathrooms with no counters, 1 coin operated washer & dryer. Stove in hallway/kitchen area. Variable lease. Some are cable ready. You pay for heat & cable. Garbage is free. They leave salt out for you to sprinkle. Plenty of parking. No smoking inside house or your room. Cameras (many) on property. Mini fridge with no freezer in each unit. Hallway, kitchen & bathrooms could use a good deep cleaning! It is 12 blocks from college."
