"I Recently moved in and I love my apartment! the complex is very quiet and well kept. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. Chrystal helped me with everything and she was extremely helpful and worked hard to get me an apartment last minute. She walked through my apartment with me to make sure everything was good. Any questions I have she is always available to help answer them always with a smile. I recommend renting from here very affordable and really nice."

"They tried to charge me for more carpet than there is in the apartment for 2 small stains. They withheld the document I signed during my walk through (which wasn't even a walk through because they finished walking through before I even got there). They duplicated the photos of the stains to make it look like there were more stains. The carpet outside my unit looks like a murder scene. They said they would fix that 2 years ago. They have insane bug problems in the common areas. Both of which I've photographed. Their windows are not sealed properly which causes mold. The worst place to rent in brockport, by far. Don't be tempted by the cheap price. Not to mention all of management is horrible, especially Crystal. If you have an issue, she will blatantly ignore you."
"Don’t live here, there are bed bugs and in the lease it states that the tenant must pay for extermination. But how is that problem supposed to be solved if the entire building is not treated? Therefore the infestation won’t really be fixed."
