"Very clean, first priority. Price was good, the room was full of GOOD local art too ! The staff was friendly and went beyond the ordinary to make sure we were happy. The breakfast was better than we expected too. One of the best hotel stays we've had in years, and we travel a lot !!"

"The manager is AWFUL - Alexandra Agostinelli has ZERO interest in customers and refused to speak to me when we had a problem. Totalt disinterest and then after I contacted the national customer service office to complain I was IMMEDIATELY evicted from the hotel without explanation or reason AND they kept almost $200 for the night too. This has got to be theft! At almost 70 years of age, at 7.30 at night, we were in a bit of a hole but thankfully the Hampton Inn had just one room available so it ended up okay, though at a much higher price. They are arrogant, inefficient and nasty. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like grief. Oh, and their housekeeping is appalling too. Just check these beds in a room ready to be occupied!"

"100% do not recommend If I could leave a 0 I would. I never and I mean NEVER leave reviews but I’m very upset with our stay. The first night we checked in we were looking forward to getting some rest after a long day of traveling since we were on the road since 5am so we were exhausted. We get to our room and we were very impressed at first that shortly changed as a bunch of guys starting drinking at the hotel and they were running upstairs they were in the lobby and they were outside yelling til about 4am this went on non stop so we called the desk because we were upset and we spoke with a gentleman that told us he was going to warn them and that we were the third compliant he had in 20mins I said thank you but it didn’t seem to change anything we were very tired due to the noise and we could not fall asleep. I went to go talk to the desk in person and there was a lady that said she was sorry and that they were going to give us a discount and points I said okay thank you and walked back towards our room as I did I ran into the nicest couple. They were staying in the room next to us and they were upset as well because they didn’t get any sleep I told them to go talk with the lady at the front. I spent my day trying to nap instead of doing what I had originally planned for our trip because I was so tired. Later that evening after we went and grabbed something to eat we came back to settle in for the night only for there to be two dogs barking and whining all night was not a good experience at all and to make it worse when going to check out the same lady that I spoke with the day earlier had a attitude change and said that we were the only ones to complain about the noise and she was giving us $10 off a $410 stay while I do appreciate her taking $10 off I still think it should have been more for what we had to deal with I don’t think it was right that we stayed for two nights got barely any sleep for those two nights and then she copped an attitude as we were checking out and still payed pretty much in full for two sleepless nights. And I also get it we’ve been traveling for many years and I understand that there’s going to be noise in hotels but the extent of the noise that we endured felt like they were in the room with us and the fact that it went on until four in the morning was just very inconsiderate. I will never be staying here again she ruined my experience with this company and we do have videos from our stay and recordings as well from our experience that we will be posting in hopes that people traveling a long distance that are planning to check in and get rest for money that they’re spending know what we went through And had to deal with! To us this is unacceptable and we hope that anyone considering to stay here does consider this!"

"Stayed one night, Aug 8. Room had a quarter roll of TP with no extra roll. inconvenient to say the least. good thing kleenex were available. Went to breakfast and there were no plates and food available was very slim pickings. Went to grab a cup of coffee on departure and no cups!! I inquired at the front desk and was told the supplies they ordered 3 weeks ago were not there yet. In my opinion a manager might go to the local Wal Mart or grocery superstore to get temporary supplies !! Both these store less than a quarter mile away. Thank you."
