"True to description, very modern the biggest con is the guest policy. To pay 800$+ in rent & get guest violations from roomates u don't even conversate with or hidden agendas is annoying . If a roomate calls on u maybe they're seeing someone come over frequently u can pay fees of 150$ a day. We aren't kids I should be able to have who ever over in my room as long as they're not in sharing spaces & being loud. I wish I read that in the lease I would have just got my own place if that was the case . Be AWARE if u have a relationship or just want siblings to come over there are guest policies in place ."

"If I had the option to give less than one star, I would. The management of the property is incompetent. The service is incredibly slow, and there have been days without internet. I faced issues with the shuttle service, having to walk to the campus because the shuttle was unavailable due to maintenance, and the alternative shuttle had no space.Moreover, they had the nerve to suggest renewal for students, but I question the basis for such a proposition. My experience was extremely unpleasant, and I strongly advise against choosing this place for students. I am thoroughly dissatisfied."
