"They need to tear these down instead of trying to fix or remodel what was initially built as temporary housing 75 years ago. They are not worth the rent they are charging. Many of them are dilapidated and unoccupied. I lived there 35 years and my childhood was wonderful growing up there. However it's far past the time to raze these dumps."

"About 200 miles away in the early morning 3am truck idling to keep warm was awaken by a half drunk guy and dropped him off at this place. That dude was walking with only 1 shoe and a wool sock -16 F. outside. That would have been one hell of a walk if we didn’t meet. He puffed about half a doobie then slept all the way."

"Received a letter stating we were being charged $400 for a pet fee. WE HAVE NO PET!! After calling the property manager and advising we have no pet we were then REPEATEDLY told she heard a dog from our apartment. Again, we have no dog only two children. The staff is nasty & would highly recommend against. Also when moving in we put down a deposit, was given a move in date & we called the week before just to be told they had given our apt away. After advising we already put our 30day notice in at our previous place and literally had nowhere to go THEN they miraculously had our apartment again. Can’t wait to move"

"The place is fairly clean. But the response time to some of the elderly people staying there is poor. My mother in law had a pipe break above her bed in the winter and she had to sit in a cold hallway for hours while they tried to fix the problem. You would think a elderly person in a wheelchair would at least have a warm place to stay for a couple hours"

"I have had such a terrible experience with these apartments. I would give 0 star if I could. If I can give anyone advice, it would be not to move here. Staff are disrespectful. You seem like a bother. They have attitudes and hang up on people. I lost electric for a week, not because of not paying the bill, but because something was wrong with their box. They did nothing about it. I had to call them 3 times and nothing got done. When I (not them) finally called the electric company to get it fixed, they never had the deceny to see if everything was okay or if my electric was on. Also, I bought a brand new washer and dryer. My washer wasn't working. I thought that something was wrong with the washer, but turns out something was wrong with the house. It took 2 months for them to resolve this problem. Another thing, someone stole from their office. One day I get a late payment notice. When I confronted them, they told me someone stole from their office and took my check. They couldn't even tell me they were stolen from. They just gave me a late fee. Thank goodness no one cashed my check. Save yourself a heartache."
