"We had the recent pleasure of working with Kevin who made our move in experience a breeze. By far the easiest, quickest, move in we’ve ever had. You can tell this company genuinely cares about the residents they are moving into their buildings. Kevin answered all of our questions, had great communication from start to finish, and went above and beyond for us- From showing numerous properties to paperwork to minor things like parking. I told him what we were looking for and had the perfect match for us the next day. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. New appliances, natural lighting, very spacious. The building is very clean and maintained. We are more than pleased with our experience this far. The amount of communication, cleaning staff, etc that we’ve encountered around the building in the past week is more than we encountered in the entire two years at our former residence! All of our neighbors are very friendly and equally as pleased with the building :) Kevin’s friendliness and professionalism really stood out. We’ve haven’t had the best of luck with property management in Buffalo but his assistance was a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend."
