"Housing program based apartments owned by Matt Urban Center and leased through Best Self Behavioral Health's housing program for Best Self mental as well as rehabilitation patients. These apartments officially became available around November/December of 2020. Although it was slightly apparent that the renovator rushed and cut a few corners these apartments turned out beautifully! They came furnished and with brand new appliances as well. As expected with any construction/renovation there have been a few inconveniences over the past year and a half but they've been mostly minor. Also, the soup kitchen and clothing closet Matt Urban has located on Paderewski was expected to relocate to the apartments basement about 6 months ago but it has yet to happen. A computer room was also expected around the same time but is in the same standing. Overall, I have more praises than complaints for this building and the establishments that have come together to run this building!"
