"Some of the residents that live there are some of the miserable people you will ever meet, they’re very nosy and Cause problems that results in arguments amongst each other. No amenities or activating. If you have a social life and able to leave whenever you want you’ll be fine. It’s one resident in particular that creates a lot of problems and not like by other residents. Also was made uncomfortable the very first time I came across this person. Staff tends to believe everything people tells them. Looking for other options me and several other residents don’t like this place"

"Very similar to peace bridge apts . Absolutely not for human habitation of any sort. An easy fix but stubbornly will not happen. Where my dog goes for enrichment is cleaner ... Great for crime show buffs just come on over any given hours you can video some. ID channel come on over."

"2nd. Time my younger brother age 57, can't walk or speak, no mobility, uses a word board to communicate, has been pummeled and beaten about the chest and body by a care taker at this facility. It's time to take action, and action I will take, the last time this happened there was one detective that followed my brothers assailant all the way to Salamanca NY and waited for him to pick up his mail at his post office box, this detective went above and beyond to find my brothers perpetrator and bring him to justice after seeing what this person had done to him, now for a second time it happened again, my 85 year old mother can't take another experience like this and either will I ... I will pursue this to the full extent of the law !!!"
