"I lived here for a yr and it was poorly and unethically managed. Bugs living in the sink."

"Been living here now for a year. ALOT of issues. There was a girl who was ellegedly sexually assulted in the complex, i personally helped her and called to police, as she was naked and bleeding on the street. I tried to contact the land lord several times about this matter and left messages, he never got back to me. There is supposed to be 5 washers and dryers that all work, only 1 washer has consistently worked since iv moved in, I have had over $10 lost in the machines, again, no call back from the land lord. Our refrigerator broke, they have yet to fix it properly and we are on the 3rd attempt over 3 weeks now. Currently I cannot get into my apartment Bc they have repainted the doors so many times that my door is stuck with humidity to the door way and I'm not strong enough to pry it open. I have tried to call the landlord to help me and even tho office hours are open, he isn't into the building and isn't answering . DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"Loved the apartment but management is horrible they are always micro managing your home like she is your mom, I feel if they got rid of thier manager or property lady they would be better off, she is a con artist and a joke!! SHE WILL TRY AND EVICT YOU AND KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT, I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPLEX I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THAT YOU RENT FROM HERE IJS"
