"i’m sure we’ve all read the piss poor management of facility AS a tenant; now imagine how horrible it also is after moving out. it’s now been 2 months and i haven’t received my deposit back, the calls keep getting cut/ignored, and when i do manage to get through i’m always told that “the supervisor is off so they’ll leave a message for the next day”. as a former student, i urge you to NOT live here, it’s not worth it"

"Do not let your college students stay here. The common area was so filthy and couch was ripped garage everywhere. The management company says they are not responsible for it. There were gnats everywhere. The blinds in his room were broken. My child has no where to cook. They are saying they can not and will not move him. We were told we can not break the lease or get our money back from grey star. Pay extra and have your child some where safe and clean."

"I came to this property for a tour. Was looking for a space for my college daughter. The service provided by the Leasing Manager, Chrissy was exceptional! From the introduction, to the clubhouse tour, and finalized with a tour of the model, it was great. And can't forget to mention all the extra amenities!! Pricing is more than affordable, what more can a student ask for. Keep up the good work Monarch!"

"The apartment complex is nice and really well priced (for a young professional), though I can see it being too expensive for a student. The management team could be better - the people working at the office could use more experience, but they are very nice in general."

"If I could give no stars I would! This place was a headache the entire time(lived there for 2 years while at college). Between having to move out of one building due to water damage they could never get fixed, someone breaking into that very room and sleeping in my bed while I was on break, and absolutely no help when you live with people who do not clean or pick up after themselves. Needed pest control during my time there as the cleanliness by others was so below par that it attracted many flies and ants to the point you could not eat a meal without a fly getting into your food- yet I was charged the pest control fee. They will try to charge you as much as they can. During my stay management changed 2-3 times and the last change brought in people who began to charge extra utility fees in my last few months there. There was an issue with the utility company so there was a period of 3-4 months that we were not charged utilities till the last month of stay. When other residents would leave trash all over the parking lot management would just send out cleanliness notices via email and nothing ever changed. It also used to allow pets and then all of the sudden only service pets were allowed. Also VERY dangerous area, I heard gun shots many times during my stay. The price was the only thing that benefited me at the time but the headache wasn't worth that price."
