"It has been a pleasure to have spent nearly 4 years in this beautiful apartment building. When I searched for a downtown place 4 years ago, the Alexandre had just completed its renovation, and I knew immediately that this was the right choice for myself. It is a nicely renovated and well maintained historic building, with a beautiful interior design, in a great downtown location. The apartments are spacious, loft style, with an interesting layout, quality fixtures and some nice downtown views. The concrete structure gives it a very solid feeling and keeps internal sounds to a minimum. Amy Judd has been the best landlord/-lady I have ever had, as she has been most attentive to everyone's well-being, supportive with any possible technical question, and very prompt in her replies. You can tell that the building appearance and functions carries her signature, and this has created a rather special living environment in downtown Buffalo. My highest recommendations and my sincere thanks to Amy and her husband!"
