We are an exterior cleaning company called Pro Surface Clean and we often get asked by our clients if we can apply polymeric sand and sealer after deep cleaning their beautiful pavers around the home or business. Dean was very helpful in teaching us what we needed to know to get the job done and we were able to acquire all the materials we needed from Dean Masonry Supply to do the job. "I visited Dean Masonry Supply earlier this month after having been to three or four other mason yards. At each of those other yards, I was told that what I wanted was IMPOSSIBLE to get this year and I had to wait until next year to complete my job. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with open arms as DEAN (himself) and his staff were ready to help me immediately. In a crowded room, Dean still somehow made me feel like I was the most important person there. To my surprise, Dean told me it would not be a problem to get the pavers I was looking for, with only a two week wait time. I cannot say enough amazing things about the Dean Masonry Supply team. "Dean and Marco went above and beyond from the start! After visiting/contacting several masonry companies throughout Long Island and Queens, I was about to give up in finding a particular Cambridge stone. My husband and I desperately wanted this color stone for our backyard patio. It was literally no where to be found! My last ditch effort was to contact Cambridge directly. They provided a list of their premier distributors to contact. After speaking to Marco and Dean, I knew I was in good hands! Dean reassured me that he would be able to get the product which I knew was not an easy task since no other distributor I was in touch with could. Sure enough, Dean kept his word and reached out to me with updates. He answered all of my questions and concerns with ease and professionalism. Also, the original expected date to receive the product from Cambridge was moved up which was really great! Dean’s had the stones and few additional items were delivered quickly!
