"I eat here a lot. It’s a throwback to the days when everyone knew Aachen other in this neighborhood. Everything, including the price, is good. Nothing “over achievy” or haughty about it. Good decent food at good decent price. Clean place and good service."
"This cozy bright European style Cafe has everything you'd want. Great food, A great chef owner in Rafik, and a good location. We had brunch here which consisted of Eggs Benedict and Salmon Benedict. They were 2 of the best versions of these classics I've ever had. The Benedict had big thick slices of Canadian bacon with some of the best hollandaise and perfectly cooked poached eggs I've had in a long time. They came with a fresh side salad, with a delicious French vinaigrette dressing and the most delicately prepared rosemary potatoes. Coffee or tea with one refill comes with bunch. And the pricepoint is totally reasonable. Great spot."
"The food was truly AWFUL and they treated us poorly; when we requested new silverware because it was dirty they were extremely rude and didn’t even apologized. The pasta was undercooked with a watery and extremely salty sauce even the meat tasted OFF; we left without even touching anything. I never wrote a review for a restaurant before but this place was so bad that I felt compelled to warn other people to avoid this place."
"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! READ ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !! I ordered the lamb chops “special” and I got very bad FOOD POISONING. To top it off they charged me $38 for the 3 smallest pieces of meat I ever had; also the cake we had for dessert was old and dry. Owner was specially rude when we complained. NEVER AGAIN ORDERING A “SPECIAL” without asking for the price first (that was my mistake) This place it’s truly a BIN but of GARBAGE. If I could give them 0 STARS I would."
"The French toast was pretty dry, but on the plus side, there was plenty of fruit. Service was quite slow, no offer of a coffee refill for example. The space is pretty interesting and they have cakes and baked goods to go."
