"This place was good but the customer service has gone to hell. They're too busy smoking in back and half the time have no knowledge of what they're selling. They literally don't mark the vials then sit there trying to guess whats in each. It's a waste of time. Just wasted 15 minutes trying to sort out whats what from a confused DJ. It's pathetic."

"I do tend to come to this smoke shop often since it feels clean, secure and a nice atmosphere overall. However, I do wish all of the staff were more welcoming, knowledgeable about the product and had better knowledge of customer service. My first time there, two guys helped me and they were awesome, I felt like I got a good product. However, this second time, my experience was not as great. As a woman, it's easy for men to be condescending towards us, especially when asking questions. I just feel that as someone who has been around this type of product for a long time, I do not want to be talked to as if I was stupid. I do love this shop and I will be coming back, but I think they definitely need to get more strict about the staff or about the training they provide for their staff."
