"I went to this place rather than driving to new hyde park. Spent $10 more than I would typically spend on wine. Although the gentleman said the wines were equal in price, I see that they clearly weren't. I should have paid more attention but nonetheless, I'll take the trip to my preferred store - Wine Market. Update- I think the more expensive wine is spoiled! Going back tomorrow to get it rectified !"
"I really want this place to be better. For them, and for me and you. I buy a bottle of wine here once or twice a month. Low key is the plan here. While helpful if asked for assistance, the level of service is 3 on a scale of 1-10. The selection is OK, not great. Prices are average. You know those places where it seems like the energy is being sucked out of you, where the gravity is on high. This is one of them. Could be so much more with effort. How about a wine club. How about a smile? **edit after recent visits ** I feel I have been too harsh with my review, and I don't want that to hurt this business. I'm sure they are trying their best. I still shop there, recently bought two champagnes for New Years. So, I'm raising my rating to a 4 star."
