"I was referred to Jim at N-Hance of South Nassau by the corporate office after my local franchise never called back after initial consult. Jim showed up on time and was very personable. We came to an agreement on a price, and he returned to collect a 50% deposit. This was the last time I saw Jim on the jobsite until it was time to collect the final payment even though the job was not quite done yet. Jim subcontracted Artie from Artie's Finish Carpentry in Deer Park to fabricate the cabinet doors for my kitchen. Artie's gets 5 stars as I reflected on his business reviews. He is a talented carpenter, and he is who you want for any custom carpentry work. I cannot say enough about his work. Jim then subcontracted LaClave Construction to spray the existing cabinets and new doors. Again 5 stars for Julio and his crew, they were clean and professional. Jim was a non-entity on this job. The job of new kitchen cabinet doors and refacing took 2 months. I actually had to get involved halfway thru making appointments with Julio and Artie directly as well as picking up samples to get the job to completion. Jim was nice enough after 2 months to text me for final payment not even knowing if the job was done and how it came out. My job was over 20 thousand dollars. Do yourself a favor and book these subcontractors direct and save yourself half the cost of the job."
