"Do not ever order off the Ashley website. It is a front for 3rd party vendors, which and I quote Ashley customer service: "We have no control over". If you order something by mistake or find it for a better price and try to cancel the order, even if it is been only one hour, they make you fill out a cancellation request form. This form never gets processed and your mistaken order ships. When you complain, customer service places all the blame on you, pointing out microscopic fine print about 3rd party vendors and how you should have done follow-ups even if it has not been 24 hours since the order. The microscopic fine print says no returns once an item ships. If you try to cancel, they simple ignore you until it ships, and then say, and I quote again, "There is nothing we can do.""
