"I had an urgent last-minute print order for a 4x6 flyer that my client needed, and I called numerous Staples locations for assistance. Despite the challenges, Lidines from the print and copy center at Staples went above and beyond to help me out. Unlike other stores that turned me down, Lidines stepped up and took on the task without hesitation. Her exceptional customer service, willingness to accommodate my request, and dedication to ensuring the job got done deserve high praise. "I wanted to give a shout to Joe (diverse individual) an employee who was fixing the shelves and doing his job at this specific Staple on June 8,2023 between the hours of 12:30 until 13:30. He was doing a task and I wanted to help because he help me as well. 5 stars to Joe. He was working ready hard. Inquiring if i needed help as well with other customers. He was respectful and helpful. He needed to be acknowledged for his hard work. Now “A manager” name Steve with two or more employees were talking in the middle aisle talking and review supplies. But laughing and some on the phone. Curious who is working harder? 2 stars for group 3 out 5 for the store."

"Absolutely worse service 11/25/23 at 11 am. This was usually my go to location to drop off UPS packages and collect online orders. But after the team member at the Printing Service took three customers before even looking in my direction I may have to re-evaluate using this location as a UPS drop off. Saturday mornings are usually busy, it maybe helpful to be properly staffed to avoid customers being ignored"

"Always super easy and convenient to use for the UPS drop off especially with Amazon packages. Huge parking lot located in Airport Plaza. Definitely more convenient that going to the UPS store where I live. Also super convenient when having to mail or print something. You can send your information to their email provided at the store or online and they will print it on the spot for a fee!"
