"Returned our couch because of a rip and once we finally got approval, we’re able to get to the store to pick a replacement. Since it was a custom couch, they didn’t have anything like it in stock so had to pick a new one. They only gave us 14 days from confirmation of a return to get the order placed and had to work within the manager at the stores schedule. Not the greatest timeline or allowance for trying to find time to get out to the store plus we need to wait 16 weeks for the arrival of our new couch."
