"I would have really enjoyed my stay at this hotel if I hadn't frozen in my room. The room thermostat was stuck at 40 degrees Fahrenheit for heat. The cold operated normally. I spoke to the front desk after my first night and they sent engineering up. Engineering never checked the heat, only the cold and left a passive aggressive note stating that it was operating normally and that I simply needed to use the up and down arrows. By the time I returned it was too late to get engineering in so I froze for a second night."

"Amazing hotel. Easily the best budget-friendly Marriott we've ever stayed at. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean lobby. Continental breakfast was fantastic! Rooms are well appointed. We had a double queen, that had a small office area, couch, and a nice bathroom. Location gave us access to Darien Lake for a concert, as well as plenty of shopping within 15 minutes of the hotel. Definitely will stay here again when we're back in the area!"

"it's decent! really homey rooms, we stayed in more than we went out. i've been to cleaner places but i wasn't disgusted of this place (very picky).. breakfast was fine, the staff was young so it's a comfortable vibe rather than forced/faked hospitality. free parking is such a plus! i would stay here again."

"Good location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and clean, smelled really nice and the beds were super comfortable, we slept in. I like the Marriott app. It makes it easy to check on and out, and request can be done on the app. Even chat with the hotel. The only negatives were the elevator smelled like grease, maybe it was under maintenance and our bathroom cabinets were not cleaned properly and it was broken. Overall we had a good night sleep and the place was exceptionally clean."
