"There's been a staff shortage here for years and most of the staff that are here have a bad attitude. Depending on the day you'll have to wait on a long line to purchase your items because they'll have only 1 register open."
"pharmacist Senad is very friendly and helpful. I met him today. The other Walgreens pharmacist across the street is very arrogant and jaded, full of himself. Senad is friendly guy and very nice person. I will be back"
"We had a bad experience yesterday with a pharmacist named Sinod (not sure of spelling) after just recently starting to use this pharmacy. Our prescription was not ready (and nobody called to tell us in advance) when we arrived and he blamed two things for "flagging" the prescription: 1. the prescribing doctor's office and 2. the system. We obtained the missing information to clear the prescription to be filled but then he did not have enough meds to fill the prescription (which I think someone should also have let us know in advance). As a "favor" he claimed he called the Arthur Kill Road location to confirm they had it on hand and sent us there. Upon arrival, they were clueless and figured out that Sinod had, in fact, sent us to them but sent the prescription to Old Town Road. The pharmacist at Arthur Kill Road was nice enough to get into the system, confirm it was waiting at Old Town Road, cancel that prescription, and then fill it for us at her location while we waited. We're not sure if Sinod was just having a bad day or if this is what to expect at Manor Road, but we'll give him another chance before switching to the Walgreens up the block. 4 Stars for now."
"I've been judged and insulted by the rude and incompetent pharmacists for the last time. They violated my privacy, insulted my physicians and have profiled me and flagged my customer profile based on my prescription. I feel horribly violated and have filed numerous formal complaints as a result. I can't be a customer of this store any longer."
"Stay far away. Just this weekend, had to drive over 30 min to go there to ask a pharmacy question. Because after being on hold for over 30 min the phone was picked up and hung up. When i walked in after redialing there were 3 people there, no lie , wasn't busy . And you clearly hear 3 pharmacy calls . Of course no one was answering the phone . When I asked why is necessary to have to drive here to ask a medical question i was treated horribly. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST"
