"Well, well, what is to be said more than Macy's forest ahead to keep its stores in top shape and well stocked. And a top shape store is nothing without a pleasant and professional staff, and Macy's must have an excellent training program for its staff because my attendant from start to finish deserves the gold for being pleasant and professional. I will always recommend Macy's."

"The quality of merchandise and especially sales staff has severely fallen over last few years. Never see a manager walking around nor sales staff to help. Cashier checkout lines are never stocked or opened with staff. It is a far cry from what was once the " Macy's Experience!! Feel like you are shopping in a discount store instead what once was Elegance"

She doesn’t just help, but goes the extra mile to ensure all of her clients are coming back. She took the time to write down step by step on how to use each item. At checkout, she was telling me about friends and family where she helped and sold me on a fragrance too. I love all of my products and will be coming back to this location soon!"

"Place is good gar parking. But store not modern inside, looks like need renovation. Fitting rooms were closed, only one worked so we stayed 20 min in line to fitting room and 15 min to the cashier. Prices high. Better use New Jersey malls or just local Marshall's. Did not like this place."
