"Whoever is responding as the Burlington owner in these reviews please take responsibility for the company and actually fix the issues with this location. Not replay with just an apology but take action. You need a new staff that is professional and trained well, including LP, not just hired because they can work. Place a larger staff for each shift to get the work done and not cut back to save money. This location is an embarrassment."

"If you spend 5 mins for shopping, You have to wait an hour in the queue to pay 14 counter but only 3 counters were operating. Very inconvenient and waste of time. This review is not only based on one day. We have been here more than 10 times and Everyday is the same. Nice place to shop but you have to come here early morning without any other plans so you can wait in the queue for rest of the day"
