"Don't waste your time if you're a plus size person! Extremely disappointed with my experience at this store this past Sunday. I looked around the store for quite a bit and noticed that none of the items went above size XXL. I asked a sales associate why I couldn't find additional sizing and she told me the store "decided" not to sell extended sizes anymore. I was honestly shocked. Old Navy boasted the fact that they had become fully size inclusive- but I guess it depends on where you live. So because my body is bigger and I live in an area where extended sizing was not profitable, I need to be inconvenienced and shop on line. I apparently don't deserve the same shopping experience as a straight sized person. Incredibly offensive. Old Navy doesn't actually care about their customers."

"Used to love old navy. Was my favorite store. But today when in a pinch I needed to get some pants quick. I was told at 8:52 I couldn't check pants I'm the fitting room. Even though the store closes at 9. Lost a loyal customer old navy. Adios"

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service. The assistant manager at this location is a miserable human being who is not only rude, but disrespectful to customers. Not sure how she ever became an assistant manager but she definitely could use some classes in how to speak to other human beings and should probably not work in retail."

"I went to the store tonight to return pants that were purchased online that were brand new and in the original packaging and one pair had some fur on them and i was told by the team lead and the assistant manager we can't take those back. I called customer service and they said it is no problem they will send me a prepaid label to return them. I will not be shopping on this location ever again. They are rude and snotty and have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I always order from old navy.com and have never had any issues with returns i store."
