"Same story. It absolutely takes at least 20 minutes to get your package. They cannot understand English which makes any communication difficult. I fear for taking my packages there as it's such a small messy bodega, how do I know my packages will really go out safely."
"Staff is completely in efficient and they can hardly communicate in English . The owners are extremely hostile and refuse to look for your package, even when they signed off that it was delivered to their access point. They should lose all rights to obtain a UPS access point at their store."
"Rude and slow. This place is a UPS Access point. It usually takes 20-45 minutes to get them to bring out your package. Then they have no idea how to use the scanner the UPS left for them, even though they've been an "Access point" for more than a year."
