"Rex and Darren came and moved us yesterday. They picked up the first load at a second floor apartment and delivered it to our new 3rd floor apartment, then went to my boyfriends old 3rd floor apartment and moved his stuff over. These guys were phenomenal. They did an amazing job. It was so hot out yesterday and they had to continuously climb 2 flights of stairs with heavy furniture and NEVER once complained. They were friendly and personable. I can’t speak highly enough of these guys. If we ever move again, I will use Dry Ridge. "Had an awesome experience with dry ridge. Not only did they get me scheduled with short-notice, but their communication was quick and thorough throughout the process. I had multiple questions and changes and Jed was so amazing guiding me through the process. I quoted multiple moving companies and they were by far the most responsive, and conveniently the cheapest as well. When it came to moving day, Kevin and Tim arrived to handle the job. Kevin blew me away - just sitting in the kitchen listening to how he directed and led his team through the move was incredibly impressive. He was careful and thorough and provided such awesome leadership and guidance throughout the process. Tim was great as well, and the two of them together handled a large move-out with ease! My belongings were handled with care and they were able to quickly assess the fact I would need a larger storage unit, which thank goodness I was able to arrange on short-notice. (Shout out to the Morningstar team!). Kevin went above and beyond in coordinating/arranging extra protection for my furniture when it became clear things would need to be stacked more than anticipated. I fully intend to use them for my next move, and would absolutely recommend.
