"I’ve always loved doing business here. Everyone has been extremely helpful and kind. Never had a single issue out of the hundreds of times I’ve done business here. Until they hired gollum to work front of house with customers. For some reason this creep constantly remembers me and makes remarks that are seemingly meaningless but not harmful. Until he thought it would be a good idea to first directly address me, as if I know or would ever associate with someone like him and secondly, to tell me that I was “getting too much free tape” and that they have tape for sale. My initial reaction was just pure shock, so naturally I laughed in his face and walked out. However after processing what happened I began to feel deeply disturbed that he would intentionally try to call me out and humiliate me for being a normal person just trying to drop off an Amazon return. The manager Josh is extremely kind and was very helpful. Maybe gollum will learn a lesson on customer service and save his bad attitude for himself. I believe he goes by Belmar.. and he can have his precious tape. I hope he’s gone soon because I’m tired of looking at him"

"Horrible experience with the young lady with the long hair. Usually there is no issues at this store, but she was extremely rude and passive aggressive, for no reason at all. Unprofessional and not at all necessary."

"The staff here is absolutely delightful. At times, owning & operating a small business can be a bit of a handful, but they're always so helpful. Label printing, scanning, faxing or shipping, they handle it all & exceptionally well. They're an intricate part of my business & I cannot thank them enough."

"I have gotten to where if Beler is working and another employee, I will always make sure I get to go through the other employees line. He is really just a bummer to interact with. He is very rigid, acts like he's better than the other employees, and it's just irritating. I really don't like leaving this type of a review but after several experiences with him it feels necessary. Some people just aren't meant to work in customer service. Only gave 3 stars because of the sweet lady that was working today too. Beler would have gotten zero stars if possible. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was helping an elderly lady that Beler was previously "helping". I think if she had not taken over, that elderly lady would be leaving a negative review too."
