"Special Occasions did a wonderful job transporting me and my vendors on my wedding day. They were waiting out front ready to pick me up to take me to my first look location and got me and my groom back to the venue promptly after the first look and photos were done. "This is the absolute worst company I've ever worked with. If i could give 0 stars, I would. We booked our wedding shuttles with this company 7 months in advance. 1 month before our wedding, they informed us that their shuttles could not deliver guests to the venue and forced us to book multiple additional vehicles at our own expense. When we asked about cancelling our shuttle reservation due to the change in service agreement, they threatened to cancel our contract and charge us 100% of the contract amount (multiple thousands of dollars). The owner of the company, Robin, screamed at our poor wedding planners multiple times on the phone or just flat-out ignored communications. They continually made mistakes on contracts, and after asking them to correct the contracts several times, we finally had to do it ourselves. On the actual wedding day, their vans didn't start and our guests were half an hour late, delaying the entire wedding. I would not do business with this company if my life depended on it."

"Our venue was not easy to shuttle through, but Special Occasions Limo made it happen! We rented a shuttle van for two nights to carry guests up and down the mountain to our venue with limited parking. Everyone loved our driver, Starr! Seriously, she'll be part of our guests wedding lore for ages--plus, she backed a 14-passenger van down a mountain!"

"Special Occasions was absolutely amazing for my wedding day! I used them for sprinter vans to pick up and drop off the bridal party, a motorcoach for my hotel guests' shuttle, and our getaway car at the end of the night. From the very beginning, everyone was so nice and patient. I was concerned with where my Airbnb was located in the mountains about getting a van to pick up my bridesmaids and me. The owner went and drove to my Airbnb to personally scout out and make sure they could take us! They reassured any concerns I had and triple-checked with me all my times and locations to be sure they were on time. I didn't get the motorcoach driver's name, but we had Josephine and Star for our sprinter van and getaway drivers, and they were fantastic. Both were so friendly and professional. We put a lot of faith in Special Occasions to get our guests and us to the wedding, and they did not disappoint at all!"
