"Harry assisted me with a shuttle service from Asheville airport to Hot Springs, NC so I could section hike the Appalachian trail. 6 days later he picked me up off the trail and took me back to Asheville. He is flexible with his working hours as long as he has proper notice, and he is an absolute pleasure to talk to. The Asheville airport is TINY and has limited transportation options, especially late in the evening like when I arrived. My flight to Asheville came in at 9 pm and nearly everyone else on the flight was essentially stranded because there were no rental cars left, no public transportation, and Ubers and Lyfts were 1 hour wait. It was such a relief to have organized transportation through Harry days earlier. Thank you, Harry!!"
