"I am very disappointed in this service. Very limited number of restaurants available to order from and very exorbitant fees added to my order. Also, I was given several gift certificates, and you can’t use more than one gift certificate on a single order, which makes using my small dollar amount gift certificates virtually impossible. I do not recommend this service."

"When I ordered food, I didn't leave a tip on the card. I had a paper tip ready for the driver. When the driver arrived, he verbally harassed my store manager for not leaving a tip. When I called the company, zero accountability was upheld for the driver's behavior, and instead, she was told that they wouldn't send the driver to my store again. No accountability. Nothing. I won't be using this service again."

"Read all of this review! I order take out, a lot. And I’ve ordered from every delivery company within the Asheville area. Take out central gets it right every time, and that’s because on the off occasion that there is a problem, they MAKE IT RIGHT, whatever that entails for the situation. They make it right with kindness, they are always genuinely empathetic. They get it; after long exhausting day at work, you come home and don’t feel like cooking and you order takeout and you really need it to be right. They just get how to do business and know how to retain their customers. I’ve compared them closely with another local delivery service and their prices are also better on the delivery fees AND the prices of the food. On one occasion a restaurant forgot my coke, and I ordered something that really deserved a coke. The delivery drive went out of his way to go to a near by store and bought me a single coke, and I had no idea he was doing this. He didn’t take a tip, even though I don’t think I had any cash; he just did it out of the kindness of his heart. He even commented, “a pizza serves a coke”. I called takeout central and complimented him and requested that the owner be notified of his exceptional service. I hope his efforts were acknowledged. Thank you!"
