"Awful. Everything is behind lock and key, says to press customer service buttons for help, but there's no buttons. The line is always ridiculously long. The staff is oftern rude and unprofessional. The store is a mess. Boxes stacked high, shelves half empty."

"You cannot give 0 stars? Sheesh. This has been my pharmacy for nearly 9 years and today was the last day I'll visit. What a sad realization. Ever since Walgreens acquired this location it has gone downhill. At first the checkout lines were slow, long and understaffed. These days, they have nothing in stock - not even toothbrushes? The little they do stock is all locked up with one person running around in a hectic fashion with a key. Today they acknowledged me, said they'd be right there, then disappeared. Stood there for over 10 minutes waiting. The store is in shambles, and hard to blame them when the cops can't be called for theft under $1000, I found out? Corporate can be blamed for lack of effort - seems like they gave up on this store, so I am too."

"This is the worst pharmacy. Everything is always out of stock causing delays in prescriptions being filled. The hospital put in a script for medicine I need right away and when checking the website, I had to push the script through, it was not processing. In addition, it states, it won't be ready until Monday...smh I really don't understand why the 946 kings highwayvlocation was closed, that was the best Walgreens pharmacy in the neighborhood. After my experience with 1720 kings highway, I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere."

"Echoing all of the negative reviews here - this location is understaffed and the staff they DO have is extremely rude and incompetent. Horrible customer service. Just wanted to buy a couple bags of pistachios since they were on sale, but because they were LOCKED UP I had no choice but to wait around for help. The staff just stood there, venting about another customer and yelling about how they don’t have the key. No one wants to take any responsibility and do their job. Had other bad experiences where I waited 20 min to check out at the pharmacy/cashier etc. So glad to have switched to CVS."

"I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a same day photo book, never got a confirmation email, no one ever got back to me about it, I never got my book, was completely ignored and they dont answer phones ever. They couldnt care less about their customers and I wouldnt step foot in there ever again. Cant believe such bad service even exists in NY."
