"This pharmacy does not call its customers or at least me when there’s a problem with filling a prescription. At least four times, different doctors have called in a prescription a week or more in advance, and there’s been one issue or another - “doesn’t come in that dosage”, or “ there’s a shortage of that medication, so we can’t fill the Rx”, or “two dosages of the same med were prescribed, so we flagged it”. So call me or the Doctor! Sounds like a fairly simple, standard courtesy. Seriously, I’m floored by this negligence. I should’ve changed pharmacies after 2 incidences if this. I’m now officially breaking up with this store on 9th Street in Park Slope."
