Reviews
"This is the worst cvs I've ever used. They have constantly cancelled renewals of perscriptions because they assumed I couldnt pay the $75 dollar copay. When i call to ask why, no one ever answers, and I have to physically go to the store to ask why it was cancelled, and the response was "well, we thought you wouldn't be able to pay the price. So you're ok with paying $75?". If I dont pay it I die, so yes. I have nothing good to say of this location."
"Perpetually understaffed. The workers try their best but there are never enough to deal with the customer load. Be prepared to wait minimum 30mins in line and not necessarily collect your prescription at that time"
"I’ve had some rough experiences with other CVS’s near my work that I tried for awhile and I’m always happy to work with these guys close to my house. I’m not sure what the other reviews are saying about them not answering their phones, I feel like this is THE only CVS that does actually answer their phone."
"They do not accept CVS card here and the lady that so kindly informed me of that was extremely rude. It was hot out and I went there because I had $5 on a CVS card so I was going to buy something cold to drink only to be told that,”this is Target and we don’t accept that card”! It’s absolutely free to be nice to people, just an fyi."
"I can only echo the negative experiences of those previously posted— a phone that is never answered (though you’re prompted to call whenever there is an issue with a prescription), unfriendly and unhelpful service, and if hoping to use pharmaceutical coupons or discount cards good luck having them accepted (even when they absolutely should be). I end up paying a little more at other pharmacies- ultimately a better value for the efficient, easier, pleasant experience."
