Reviews
"As the other reviewers have said this place is terrible and full of rude workers. They act like they are in the right when they messed up my order and kept repeating the same thing to try to make me go away. Will definitely make sure to let CVS know which I doubt they’ll care."
"I ordered a refill of a prescription on 12/6 and got a message saying CVS would inform me when it was ready. I never heard back so I went to check online and it said it was canceled. I never got any kind of notification about this. I went to try and refill it again because I am now running out of my medication. I now see two orders on my CVS online account, one that is delayed and one that is on hold. I am currently on hold on the phone FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF with this pharmacy trying to find out when I can get my medication. This is the second month in a row this has happened."
"Arrived three days after my doctor sent my prescription over. I ask and the pharmacist says they only have 1/4 of the things the doctor sent, but I should just wait an hour because the delivery woman would have it for me in AN HOUR. I explicitly said, ok, I’ll wait, if you are SURE she’ll be here in an hour. He assured me she would be. I wait an hour. Spend $10 on a snack to pass the time and wait, STANDING, In the lobby because there’s zero place to sit anywhere. After an hour of standing around, I go back to the pharmacist and he pretends it’s the first time I’m there. He asks for all the information again and repeats his spiel, he only has 1/4 items, and I should come get the rest TOMORROW. What?? What did I just spend $10 for and stand for an hour straight?? Shame on this man for treating me this way. You wasted my time and my money."
"Terrible service at this pharmacy. The reciews aren’t exaggerating. The pharmacists were absolutely incompetent and follow their own made up procedures. Rude on the phone, even worse in person. The lady literally closed the pharmacy door in my face as I was asking a question, a few minutes before closing time because she was done answering my questions. Before I showed up, the manager was even yelling at her about something she did earlier, which I thought was weird to do in that manner. Just an overall toxic environment and I was never able to get my prescription filled because every time I came in, they had new rules and excuses. The same medication was called in and picked up with such ease at another CVS location in Downtown BK."
"Customer service skills of ALL pharmacists who work here ( ESPECIALLY the black gentlemen with locks, black woman who is short/average height, and white tall man with glasses) needs major improvement. 3 stars because of the convenience of the location, but as someone who frequently has to pickup medication, I would greatly appreciate if the attitudes and general displays of annoyance were not always a part of my routine. Similar to my review on this Target, I feel as if this behavior is allowed because of the demographic of those serviced."
