"you know how it says explicitly on the price tag under the product at this store that walgreens rewards members get the coupon for a product and that’s also how it works for every other walgreens and store in america. well actually that’s not how it works here apparently but they don’t tell you that you need to go on the walgreens website and clip the coupon to use it until you get to the cash register and get told this verbally. also half of the shelves are empty"

"This Walgreens has bad reviews for a reason. The lady’s who work at the pharmacy especially the pharmacist are the most unhelpful rude pharmacy staff I’ve ever witnessed. All these girls cared about was going to lunch. My prescriptions weren’t ready even though they were already sent to the pharmacy at least 45 minutes before. Then extremely sick I had to wait around for another 45 minutes in pharmacy waiting for them to put my order together. The pharmacist is extremely argumentative and not helpful. Insurance didn’t cover some of my items and she was supposed to find other items that would work in place of them and only did it for one out of 3 items. I bought other stuff that I wanted personally that were related to my sickness and that’s when they broke the news that I wasn’t receiving two of my items. I waited an hour and a half for one medication. I am never coming to this pharmacy every again and the people that work here may need to take another empathy and relational program in order to gain more compassion for the sick people they are helping everyday."

"Place needs more hands and people to help. Only one cashier was working, lines were long. It took me 15 mins just to buy a gallon of water, they mislabel or misplace products, or they simply don’t have any price marks or labels at all."

"Very very rude and unprofessional young kid on the cash register @ 7:10pm Tuesday, May 16, 2023. I,ve been going to this store for many years when it was rite aid store. This location was good Walgreens location but recently i have seen very bad attitude by their employees."
